Q?
Can you provide Cloud Solutions?
-
A.
Yes. We can customise a cloud solution that suits your business needs. Anything from a simple implementation of Office 365 all the way through to a complete IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) solution where your entire IT infrastructure resides in the cloud.
Or alternatively, a Hybrid solution where a portion of your infrastructure is in the cloud and the remainder stays on your premises. We're very flexible and don't have a preference. Our main aim is to get you the best solution at the best possible price that suits your business and gives you the ultimate bang for your buck.

Q?
Do you provide Ad-Hoc Support outside of a Support Agreement?
-
A.
Yes we can. We understand that not every business has the budget to engage a Managed Service Provider like us. In these cases we can provide you with our services but we do not provide any SLAs with these services.
Being an Ad-Hoc client means that priority will be given to Managed clientele in the first instance when support requests come through. Only once those tasks have been completed will Ad-Hoc support requests be addressed.

Q?
Do you sell and support hardware?

Q?
Can you supply SPLA licensing?
-
A.
Yes we can. For those of you who aren't aware, SPLA licencing enables service providers like us to license eligible Microsoft products on a monthly basis, instead of having the huge upfront expense when buying server licenses for say Remote Desktop Services. Instead, you pay a nominal per user monthly fee but get the full functionality of the product.
